－Important Info－

・Meeting Time: 7:20am
・Departure Time: 7:50am
・Meeting Point: Sunshine City Bunka Kaikan 1F Bus Terminal (take a 15-min walk from Ikebukuro Station East Exit)
・Duration: ~7.5 hrs at the ski resort
・Returning Info: leave the ski resort at 5:45pm and arrive in Ikebukuro at ~8:15pm

・Tickets for children ages 3- 5 do not include ski/snowboard equipment rental and ski lift pass
・This tour is not available for children under age 3
・Please be sure to depart early for the meeting point as the complex of Ikebukuro Station is complicated
・Please bring your own ski wear or rent on-site
・Please note that staff will not serve as tour guides. Itinerary and important reminders will be provided in Chinese on-site

・In the event that the ski resort is closed due to weather or snow conditions, we will inform you on the day before departure and you will receive a full refund

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

  • Actual itinerary is subject to change due to maintenance or traffic conditions

  • Please arrive promptly at the designated meeting point as bus will depart on time. Travelers who arrive late will not be permitted to join the tour

  • Please wear warm clothes and shoes

  • Ski suits, helmets, gloves, and goggles are available for rent or purchase at the resort. Please refer to on-site information for actual price

  • Sharing rented equipment among travelers is not allowed

  • In the event that the ski resort is closed due to weather or snow conditions, we will inform you on the day before departure and you will receive a full refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
