・ If the boat cannot depart due to poor weather, we will contact you via KakaoTalk or at your hotel on the day of the tour to provide a full refund. This decision is made by the tour operator, not the customer.
・ Free pick-up is available in Da Nang city and beach areas; some remote hotels may incur an additional fee. If an additional fee applies, it will be stated on your voucher and should be paid directly to the guide on the day of the tour.
・ Airport drop-off is not available after the tour; drop-off is only possible within Da Nang city and at hotels. Please inform the guide directly on the day of the tour.
・ Local tour insurance is included, but coverage is limited and the claims process is complex by Vietnamese standards. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea before your departure.

  • Pick up in Da Nang and drop off in Hoi An or pick up in Hoi An and drop off in Da Nang are available. Please be sure to indicate this in the notes section when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
