After you have applied, cancellation fees will be charged according to the period leading up to your departure. Please check the cancellation policy for details.
Minimum number of participants: 10 people (maximum 13 people). If the minimum number is not met 21 days before the tour, the tour will be canceled. Even if your reservation is confirmed, if the minimum number of participants (10 people) is not met, your reservation will be canceled. Please be aware of this in advance.
In the event of cancellation, we will contact you via your registered email address approximately 20 days in advance.
English-speaking Japanese staff will accompany you. We do not provide support in any foreign language other than English.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place early on the day. If you are late and do not contact us, you will not be able to participate.
There are no child rates.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
