The guardian of the participating child must provide proof of guardianship or provide a written consent from the child's parental authorization. If the adult accompanying the child is neither the child's parent nor the child's guardian, a written consent is required from the child's parent or guardian agreeing to accompany the child across the border. Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid documents (such as passport, visa, etc.), effective contact information (preferably mobile phone, convenient for notification if there is any problem), accurate flight information or group location, etc., to avoid booking errors and affect travel. Australian hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen Size bed room or a twin room. Each room can legally accommodate 2 people, including adults and children. Our company has the right to change tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services if it is convenient for the group operation.

Only for products that include airport pick-up service: For the same order, only one free airport pick-up service is provided within the pick-up time range. If it cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, etc., please pay for the transportation expenses by yourself.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 35 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 26 to 34 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply
- For cancellations made 19 to 25 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–18 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
