If you wish to have a special meal at dinner, please submit the prescribed request form. For the safe consumption of meals on board, we have established a “Food Allergy Policy”. In order to safely provide special meals for food allergies, we do not accommodate preferences (likes and dislikes).


The schedule, ports of call, departure and arrival times, and routes are subject to change due to the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, weather and maritime conditions, the number of passengers not reaching the minimum, and other circumstances (such as the availability of ports of call and ports of departure and arrival). Please be aware of this.


Pregnant passengers must be between 5 and 7 months pregnant (16 weeks 0 days to 27 weeks 6 days: so-called “stable period”) to be allowed to board the ship.


If you wish to bring medical equipment (oxygen cylinders, etc.), please be sure to consult with us when you apply for the trip.


Preschool children up to 6 years old are required to submit a consent form designated by the shipping company in advance.


For safety reasons, we are unable to accept passengers under 15 years of age occupying a stateroom alone.


The facilities, staterooms, and services on board may be subject to change.


Please inform us at the time of application if you require any special consideration or measures. (You will be required to submit a consent form, health questionnaire, etc., as specified by the ship's company.)


A parent or guardian's written consent is required for those who are under 18 years of age at the time of application. Those who are under 15 years old at the time of application must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Infants under 6 months old at the start of the trip are not allowed on board.


Those with chronic illnesses, those in failing health, preschoolers under 6 years of age, those with physical disabilities, and those who use wheelchairs or other equipment that require special consideration should notify us of such at the time of application for the trip. The Company will accommodate such requests to the extent possible and reasonable. In this case, we may ask you to submit a medical certificate from your doctor.


In order to ensure the safety and smooth implementation of the trip, we may require the aforementioned persons to be accompanied by a caregiver/companion or may refuse their participation in the trip. Electric wheelchairs are not allowed on board. Wheelchair users are not allowed to board tender boats or local boats at the landing sites.


We may ask you to submit a prescribed “Health Questionnaire”.


In the event that the Company deems that a passenger is in need of medical diagnosis or treatment due to illness, injury, or other reasons during the tour, the Company will take the necessary measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the tour. Any and all costs associated with such measures shall be borne by the customer.


Separate excursions for the convenience of the customer are not permitted as a general rule. However, we may accept it under different conditions depending on the course.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 41 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 3 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
