- Children under 100 cm: Allowed to sit with their parents.
- Children 100 cm and above: Considered as adult
2.Transportation Zone:
- Pick up available within 2.5km radius od the city center.
3.Health & Safety Advisory:
- This activity is suitable for all ages.
- Pregnant women are advised to ensure their own health and safety throughout the journey.
- The service provider reserves the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with the regulations regarding Children and Pregnant Women
4.Surcharges:
- A surcharge applies for pick-up locations outside the designated city zone.
- In cases where the passenger brings oversized, bulky luggage or additional items beyond the standard allowance, a surcharge of 75,000 VND per extra item will be applied
- Additional fees may apply for language-specific tour guides or custom requests.
- Public holiday or peak season surcharge may apply and will be notified upon booking.

The Holiday Surcharge is included in the package. However, in case of changing go-date from Normal Day to Holiday, a surcharge will be applied
