Late-night service fee

Standard airport transfer service hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If your transfer time is outside this range, an additional late-night service fee of 4,000 yen will apply.

Overtime waiting fee

If the pickup/delivery time exceeds your specified time by 30 minutes or more, the customer can pay an overtime fee of 3000 yen for 30 minutes, provided that the driver's subsequent orders are not affected. If the time exceeds 30 minutes and the driver is unable to contact the customer, the driver has the right to leave without refund.

Additional pick-up and drop-off location fees

If you need to add a pick-up/drop-off location, an additional fee will be charged starting from the second address. The fee is calculated based on the distance from the first address, at 500 yen per kilometer.

Reminders

  • Please note that the rental time cannot be changed within 48 hours prior to the rental period.

  • You can change your pick-up location for free up to 12 hours before booking. If it is more than 12 hours before booking, you will be charged according to the distance between the old and new addresses, which is 500 yen per kilometer.
