Once you have ordered your transfer, our customer service team will be at your service from 8am to 11pm Japan time. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Please do not eat or drink in the carriage. If you make the carriage dirty, the driver has the right to charge you for cleaning.
If the pick-up flight is delayed for more than 2 hours and we are unable to replace the vehicle, we can cancel the order for the customer free of charge. If the flight is cancelled or the weather is cancelled, we can cancel the order for the customer free of charge.
If the connecting flight is delayed, please be sure to notify customer service as soon as possible (before the flight takes off at the latest). The customer service team will try their best to mobilize the vehicle for you. If it is not possible to replace it, you can cancel the order free of charge.
If the flight is cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather, you can cancel the order free of charge after providing proof.

2000 yen each, please place your order directly on the platform (if you place separate orders, please note the order number for the pick-up and drop-off service).
Standard airport transfer service hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If your transfer time is outside this range, an additional late-night service fee of 4,000 yen will apply.
If the pickup/delivery time exceeds your specified time by 30 minutes or more, the customer can pay an overtime fee of 3000 yen for 30 minutes, provided that the driver's subsequent orders are not affected. If the time exceeds 30 minutes and the driver is unable to contact the customer, the driver has the right to leave without refund.
If you need to add a pick-up/drop-off location, an additional fee will be charged starting from the second address. The fee is calculated based on the distance from the first address, at 500 yen per kilometer.
Please note that the rental time cannot be changed within 48 hours prior to the rental period.
You can change your pick-up location for free up to 12 hours before booking. If it is more than 12 hours before booking, you will be charged according to the distance between the old and new addresses, which is 500 yen per kilometer.
