- 11:00【THSR Taipei Station】Arriving at THSR Taipei Station, you can arrange your personal itinerary and activities. Hotel transportation information: You can take the MRT Blue Line at your own expense to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station (Exit 1), and walk for about 5 minutes. (Please choose the train number according to your personal schedule when the high-speed rail arrives in Taipei)

- 10:54[Dali Station] *Get off and stay for 26 minutes*Dali Station is a simple station on the Taiwan Railway Yilan Line. There are not many people on weekdays. People who go hiking on Caoling Historic Trail and Taoyuan Valley Trail mainly get off at this station during the hiking season. But at the back of the station, looking out at the endless Pacific coast from the platform or the overpass between platforms, and feeling the gentle breeze on your face, it is so pleasant. (There is no elevator on the platform of this station)
- 11:35【Toucheng Station】*Stop for 59 minutes, local cultural and historical workers will lead tourists to learn about the development and evolution of Toucheng*The Toucheng Railway Station has been in use since the Japanese colonial era. In 1920, it was called "Touwei Post Station". In 1948, it was renamed "Toucheng Railway Station". In 2020, it was upgraded from a third-class station to a second-class station. The old street in front of the train station is the earliest developed place in Yilan. Traces of the prosperity of the past can be seen from some of the architectural ruins. It combines the architectural styles of the Qing Dynasty and the Japanese colonial period and is worth a visit.

- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- Due to differences in regions and supplier systems, if you have any special requirements, please make them when the order is placed. We will then submit your requirements to the supplier. However, whether or not the requirements are met depends on the supplier's tour schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- The definition of a child varies depending on the itinerary, and any additional charges on-site are subject to the regulations of the service provider.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
Reminders

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the product's ordering instructions and related agreements carefully. If the person making the reservation is not the passenger himself, the person making the reservation will be in the position of an agent, which means he is obliged to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary. The booking instructions and restrictions are legally binding upon the passenger after clicking "Agree". Those who purchase the "Love Ticket/Respect for the Elderly Ticket" price must bring valid ID when entering and exiting the station on the day of departure for inspection by the high-speed rail station staff. If you are found without ID or there is something unusual when checked by the high-speed rail, the high-speed rail has the right to refuse your boarding and you will need to purchase another high-speed rail ticket before you can board. The original high-speed rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded or refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, Banqiao. The above three stations are not applicable for any two stations as departure and arrival stations (for example, a trip with Taipei Station as the arrival station is not applicable for departure from Nangang and Banqiao stations).
The price includes one round trip ticket for a reserved seat in a standard high-speed rail carriage; the travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in date or the departure date of the trip, and a single order is limited to entering and exiting the departure and destination stations at the same point, and taking the same train. If the trip needs to be delayed, please arrange the return hotel transfer service by yourself. The special case is a round-trip ticket and no one-way refund is allowed.
This special high-speed rail ticket is a discounted fare, which can only be used on the same day and is not in the name of the passenger. If lost, it will not be reissued. Please keep it properly. Any alteration, defacement to the point of being illegible, or photocopying will be invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, the check-in and check-out times will depend on the hotel. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the advertised price is limited in the number of room types. The actual room types available for sale are subject to sales conditions and cannot be exchanged for other room types.
For pre-orders departing after the 29th, please fill in 2~3 high-speed rail trains you want to take for the outbound and return trips in the "Order Notes". The actual train number you get will be based on the reply from the customer service staff.

- High-speed rail reservations are only available within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, we will help you make a reservation and send it out after the opening date.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/disembarking at the same station and cannot board/disembark at different stations.
- The High Speed Rail Holiday Ticket is a special ticket with regulations for the starting and ending stations of the ticket. For example: if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a Kaohsiung Hotel, the outbound ticket is from Taipei to Zuoying, and the return ticket is from Zuoying to Taipei. There is no refund for getting off the train midway, and if you miss a station, you need to pay the difference according to the official high-speed rail fare.
- If you miss your original train, you can take another train with unreserved seats on the same day.

- All ticket refunds must be handled by KKday. Ticket refunds and exchanges cannot be processed at the ticket windows at any high-speed rail station.

- High Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- If you need to cancel the order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative working hours, the cancellation policy will be based on the text description below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. If the application is submitted after the deadline, it will be regarded as a one-day extension.
- If you have already issued a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20/ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- This trip is a group private charter car experience, and the cancellation policy will be handled according to the domestic tourism standard contract rules:
． If you notify us to change or cancel your order more than 22 days after the departure date (excluding the departure date), a handling fee of RMB 50 per person will be charged.
． If you notify us to change or cancel your order between 21 days and 30 days before the departure date (not included), a handling fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged.
． If you notify us to change or cancel your order between 11 and 20 days before the departure date (not included), a handling fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged.
． If you notify us to change or cancel your order between 4 and 10 days before the departure date (not included), a handling fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged.
． If you notify us to change or cancel your order between 1 day and 3 days before the departure date (not included), a handling fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
． If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the day of departure, a handling fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged. ． If the passenger cannot gather due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 1% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
