At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.
This tour does not include a guide. The tour escort will manage the tour itinerary (they will not provide sightseeing guidance).
Depending on the number of participants, bus seating may be shared or arranged with other passengers in front of or behind each other. Please be aware of this in advance. Also, please leave the seating arrangements for buses, trains, ships, etc., to our discretion.
Children aged 3 and older will be charged the same price as adults and will receive a reserved seat at the Lake Biwa Fireworks Festival, a bus seat, and a packed lunch.

Tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by tour guides are generally in Japanese.
The fireworks display is expected to proceed even in light rain. Umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing area, so please bring rain gear (raincoat), a towel, etc.
If the fireworks display is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons before the day of departure, the tour will be canceled.
It takes approximately 10-20 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing area. Due to anticipated crowds, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
Depending on road conditions on the day, your return time may be significantly delayed, and you may miss the last public transportation. Please be aware of this in advance.
