The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and his tips, as well as all round-trip transportation costs during the itinerary.

The charging rules are as follows: children aged 2-5 are charged as children, but do not occupy beds in the hotel; children aged 6 or above are charged as adults, and children under 2 years old who do not occupy seats are free of charge. (Each departure group can only have 1 free place and 2 child places)

The ripeness, size and sweetness of the fruit depend on the weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality. Customers cannot use the quality of the fruit as a reason to complain.

The flower viewing period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is completed, the tour will depart as usual regardless of the flowering conditions. Please be advised.

The venue may be repaired or closed due to the situation on the day. The decision lies with the organizer and guests cannot use this as an excuse to ask for compensation. Please understand! If the restaurant is temporarily closed/full or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be replaced with a dining hall or given a cash meal voucher

We will depart as usual even if it rains.

Please note that Japanese tour guides have different areas of responsibility than driver-leaders. A fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking tour guide will be arranged for groups of more than 10 people (the tour guide will introduce the tour in Cantonese and Mandarin alternately; the tour guide language cannot be specified, please refer to the arrangements on the day) ※ The driver and tour leader can speak Mandarin. In case of emergency, you can seek help from the driver and tour leader.

1-day tour change and cancellation policy: - Within 5 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of half the tour price will be charged - Within 10 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of $200 will be charged - Within 14 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of $100 will be charged

In the event of an accident due to force majeure or physical injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel will only be obliged to provide all possible assistance, and the company and its members will not bear any responsibility for the damage or casualties.

Outdoor activities involve risks, so it is recommended that you purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to your needs.

The group must have 15 or more people. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange another departure date.
