Please reserve time to arrive at the meeting point. The bus will depart on time. No waiting will be done if you are late. If you leave the group midway, it will be deemed that you have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary and no additional refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

The luggage that can be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus must be within 120 cm on three sides, and each person is limited to one piece. Please note that large items such as folding bicycles, pets, etc. are not accepted. Valuables, fragile items and musical instruments are not allowed to be placed in the luggage compartment.

For operational safety reasons, we do not allow young children to ride for free. Even if you arrive at the meeting point on the day, you may be refused boarding if you do not meet the regulations, so please be aware.

The bus will leave on time and we will not be able to wait even if you contact us in advance. If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, the bus driver and reception staff will not contact you.

The meeting point may be different from the actual boarding location. The boarding and alighting locations will be explained at the meeting point. Even if you have completed the reception procedures, the bus will not wait for you if you have not arrived at the boarding location.

If a passenger causes trouble to other passengers (such as insults, drunkenness, etc.), the company has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. According to the amendment to the Road Traffic Act, wearing seat belts has become mandatory when riding on buses.

Please understand that the stay at some attractions may be shortened or cancelled due to weather or crowds.

If you need to use the reclining function of the bus seat (seat backrest tilted back), please be considerate of the passengers in front and behind you and use it politely.

The tour cannot accommodate changes to meal content and refunds cannot be provided for meals or take-away items.
