What You Can Expect

- 11:00Taichung Station Pick-up
- 11:30Lunch (approximately 1 hour) Enjoy a Chinese lunch at restaurant "Yenpinzhan".
- 13:00Roundhouse (about 40 minutes) Visit the only roundhouse in Taiwan. Built during the Japanese colonial period, it is still in use today. Enjoy watching steam locomotives and diesel cars lined up in the shed. If you're lucky, you might even see the turntable in action!
- 14:20Huosheng Temple (Glass Mazu Temple) (Approx. 1 hour 10 minutes) Visit the only glass temple in Taiwan, Huosheng Temple. It is a sacred place where locals come to worship, and is dedicated to the Taoist goddess Mazu. Enjoy a tour of this beautiful and sacred temple.

- 09:30921 Earthquake Education Park (approx. 50 mins) Visit the 921 Earthquake Education Park, where you can see school buildings and other structures damaged by the magnitude 7.3 earthquake that occurred in central Taiwan in 1999. You can learn about the threat of nature.
- 10:20Guangfu New Village (about 25 minutes) Visit Guangfu New Village, with its charming retro buildings and natural surroundings. In recent years, it has also become popular as an art village where young creators gather. Enjoy sightseeing in Guangfu New Village, which is also used as a filming location for movies and dramas.
- 11:00Wufeng Lin Family Palace Garden No. 1 (about 1 hour) Visit Wufeng Lin Family Palace Garden No. 1, famous as the residence of the Lin family, one of the five great families in Taiwan. Built in a traditional architectural style, the stage was also used for filming music videos for Japanese artists. Enjoy touring the beautiful house and gardens and taking photos.
- 12:30Lunch (approximately 1 hour) Enjoy a Xiaolongbao lunch at Din Tai Fung, a popular restaurant in Japan.
- 13:35Taichung Metropolitan Opera House (approx. 20 mins) Visit the Taichung Metropolitan Opera House, designed by a Japanese architect. The theater is based on the concept of a beautiful cave of sound, and features curved lines that make it one of the world's nine new landmarks.
- 14:25Miyahara Eye Clinic (about 30 minutes) Visit Miyahara Eye Clinic, a popular photogenic tourist spot. The building was renovated from an eye clinic during the Japanese colonial period and is now a sweets shop selling snacks, tea, and more.
- 15:00Old Taichung Station (about 30 minutes) Visit the old Taichung Station, built in 1917 during the Japanese colonial period. The building has a retro atmosphere made of red bricks and is now designated as a national historic site.

●When participating, please print out the voucher (reservation confirmation) issued by the tour operator after your reservation is confirmed and be sure to bring it with you. If you do not have the voucher, you may not be able to participate.
●Pets are not allowed.
●Children under 4 years old or weighing 18kg or less must wear a child seat. We will provide one child seat free of charge, but if you would like to use two or more, please select the number of seats from the options.
Children 4 and under may board free of charge, but will not be provided with a seat or bed. In addition, meals will be served separately from adults. If you would like a seat or meal, please apply under "Child (ages 4-12)".

●As a general rule, we will not refund the tour price or other damages and expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
