- Tour is not suitable for passengers who are pregnant, under 5 years old, have impaired mobility, or have back problems
- Vegetarian and Indian meal options are not available
- Price listed is exclusive of Komodo National Park's management fee and Rinca Island's landing fee. Please pay US$39 per person to the staff on-site
- Watching Komodo Dragons can be dangerous. Please follow the instructions of professional staff on-site
- Because Komodo dragons are very sensitive to the smell of blood, people with open wounds and women on their periods may not watch Komodo Dragons
- Itinerary may be changed or canceled depending on the weather and sea conditions; no refunds are available.
- Airport pick-up service is available for flights arriving between 09:00 am–10:30 am, with a pick-up time of 11:30 am at the latest. The driver will wait at the airport exit with the passenger's English name
- This is a shared tour. No refunds will be granted to travelers with delayed flights who cannot join the tour

Actual pick-up time will be provided after booking
Travelers are advised to pack light as no luggage storage is available during the tour
Please be aware that the sunset on Kalong Island may occasionally be obstructed due to bad weather

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
