Reminders

  • A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 14 day(s) before the departure date

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Meals are not included for children under the age of 1

  • Please confirm your tour number at the meeting point

  • The room types are arranged by the hotel. Sofa bed or field bed may be provided for the triple room and quadruple room (selection cannot be requested)

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas. If the hotel does not have designated smoking areas, smoking is not possible. If you smoke outside designated smoking areas, you will be charged a cleaning fee. If the smoke alarm is triggered, the hotel may call the fire department and you will be responsible for the repair costs and liability

  • During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with other members in the tour group. Arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour

  • According to Japanese customs, those with tattoos are not allowed to enter the hot spring facilities

  • Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding

  • Due to road conditions and other factors on the day, the stay time at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled. Return time is subject to delay as well, so please avoid arranging activities that night

  • The above itineraries are all estimated arrival times

  • Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing for the tour

  • The foliage period may be early or delayed due to weather conditions. Once confirmed, the tour will depart as scheduled regardless of the foliage condition

  • Infants under 1 year old who do not occupy a seat or a bed can participate for free. Each adult can only bring one free-admission and please inform us in the "Remarks" column when making a reservation

  • Due to limited luggage space, each passenger is only allowed to bring one large suitcase on board and must inform us in the "Remarks" column

  • Vehicles are assigned based on group size. For smaller groups, the driver will provide full tour services without any additional staff. Upon arrival at the destination, participants will explore the site on their own

  • Meals cannot be customized. If you are vegetarian, please inform us in the remarks column when booking

  • The attractions operations are subject to the official announcement of the facilities. If a facility is closed unexpectedly due to force majeure such as weather, the stay time of other attractions will be extended and no refund will be made

  • Travellers under the age of 18 cannot participate in this tour alone and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above

  • It is forbidden to drink and drive. Drinking is prohibited for those under the age of 18. Excessive drinking is harmful to your health

  • Alcohol tasting activities are provided by and managed by wineries/breweries and are not affiliated with KKday. If you have any questions, please contact the brewery

  • The Miracle Illumination VIII event time is subject to the official announcement. If the the time is adjusted or the operation is closed for the day due to weather or official announcement, the tour will not visit the event

  • If Hotel Taisetsu is fully booked, another hot spring hotel in the surrounding area will be arranged

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
  • For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
