We use Yamato Nikudori from Nara Prefecture and Daisen Gainadori from Tottori Prefecture, both known for the firm texture, rich color, and deep umami flavor characteristic of local chicken. Our specialty hot pot is designed to capture every drop of flavor, and the final dish made with the concentrated soup is absolutely divine◎ It goes without saying that it pairs perfectly with our secret garlic sauce, and you might not be able to stop adding more garlic?! Let's have a lively time together and boost our energy with garlic power♪ Counter and table seating available. Private bookings are also possible.
We use carefully selected Yamato chicken from Nara Prefecture and Daisen Iinadori from Tottori Prefecture. These local chickens are raised slowly and carefully in the blessed natural environment, with plenty of water and light, and are characterized by their firm meat with just the right amount of fat! The plump texture is sweet, and the rich umami and flavor give it depth, allowing you to enjoy the original taste of the chicken◎It is because of the freshness and deliciousness that we can confidently serve our thigh tataki and liver sashimi!
Yakiniku can only be enjoyed to its fullest when it is served with a sauce. Our "secret garlic sauce" brings out the best in our local chicken! The "Sun Garlic Mori" is a meat platter that has already been soaked in garlic sauce, and we recommend dipping it in the secret garlic sauce after grilling it before eating! You can also mix in the green onions on the table, or use other seasonings such as grated daikon radish ponzu sauce or super spicy condiments to customize it to your liking and be sure to be satisfied!
In our specially made grilling pot, where the grill and the pot are integrated, you can literally enjoy every bit of chicken! The meat is grilled on top of the pot and eaten with the special sauce, while the overflowing meat juice drips into the pot, causing the Chinese cabbage and soup stock to continue to grow. Then, once the delicious flavor has accumulated, we add in the ramen to finish off the meal! It's so delicious that you might find yourself drinking more and more◎Please enjoy it while consulting with your stomach so that you can finish it all♪
Our restaurant is open until 3am! If you miss the last train around Kitashinchi Station, or if you want to miss it, please come to our restaurant♪ We have counter seats that are perfect for single diners, as well as multiple table seats that you can enjoy with friends or dates. We also accept reservations for private parties, so please use it for welcoming and farewell parties!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
