Inter-regional pick-up and drop-off service fee
If the pick-up and drop-off area is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an extra cross-district service fee will be charged (depending on the location).
If the customer stays in the Hakone/Fuji area, the driver's go/return time will be deducted by approximately 2 hours.
The round trip time for a medium-sized car with more than 13 seats is about 2 hours, so the actual usage time is 7 hours.
If you have a trip that crosses different routes, a cross-region service fee will be incurred, such as: Mount Fuji area + Kamakura area
Overtime charges
If the vehicle usage time exceeds 10 hours, overtime charges will be incurred. Overtime fee: If the actual use of the car exceeds the service time, the private charter car fee is 5000/H for less than 14 seats and 10000/H for more than 14 seats
The driver will give a return time suggestion based on the map instructions; if the time is exceeded due to temporary traffic jams on the day, the guest will be responsible for the overtime fee.
Fifth Station Climbing Fee
If you need to go up to the 5th station during your trip, you will need to pay an additional fee (approximately 2060-4700 yen depending on the type of vehicle)
Second child seat fee
If you need a child seat, the first one is free, but the second one will cost 2,000 yen to the driver.
Reminders
After placing an order, please communicate with the driver in time about the specific itinerary to avoid delays.
The car service time is 10 hours between 08:00am-22:00pm. Using the car outside of service hours will incur a night/early morning service fee. Please confirm the specific usage time with customer service after placing an order.
According to the Japanese Land Transport Bureau, the full-day service time for 14-seater and 19-seater vehicles is 9 hours, from 8:00 to 20:00, and the maximum overtime is 1 hour.
The departure and end points of this product must be hotels or other pick-up and drop-off addresses within the Tokyo area. If you want to get on and off in other areas, please contact customer service
As Arakurayama Sengen Shrine has recently started charging high parking fees, if you need to visit the attraction, you can choose to ① get off at [Shimoyoshida Station] and walk to the entrance of the attraction, which takes about 10 minutes, or ② get off at the dedicated parking lot at the entrance of the attraction, but you will need to pay a parking fee of 1,500 yen (once the vehicle enters, it cannot be reversed and must enter the parking lot to pay, which is equivalent to the ticket for the ride), and you need to pay the fee yourself. Please inform us of your choice in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
