- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. Guests arriving after the departure time will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
- Children under 36 months old can join for free, but please inform us in advance when booking. (No separate seat provided)
- To join the tour, please present either a printed voucher or an electronic voucher on your mobile phone at the meeting point. (For details, refer to the tour usage guide.)
