Timeout waiting time
If the guest requests to continue waiting after the free waiting time has expired, a fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged, which must be paid to the driver in cash on the same day.
Charges outside of service hours
The normal service hours are from 5:00 to 22:00. Appointments must be made before 5:00. If the appointment is made after 22:00, an overtime fee of 2000 yen will be charged, which must be paid to the driver in cash on the same day.
Cost of changing location/time
Location changes are allowed up to one day in advance. The fee will be based on the distance between the original and modified locations.
To request a change of pick-up/drop-off time, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. Requests submitted after this time may not be accepted, and refunds or order cancellations will not be possible.
Cleaning fee
In the event of an emergency such as a passenger vomiting inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 yen will be charged, depending on the circumstances.
Reminders
Customer service is available 24 hours a day (responding within 2 hours). Drivers will reply to messages between 8:00 and 20:00. However, for safety reasons while driving, there may be a delay in replying to messages. Thank you for your understanding.
If you do not contact the driver within the free waiting time, the driver will leave and the fare will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.
In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as flight cancellation or significant delay, you can apply for a refund or reschedule once after providing proof. If you need to change the time, you need to inform customer service 6 hours in advance.
