Carefully selected eel, prepared on the day, is grilled over Binchotan charcoal until 'crispy' on the outside, offering a 'fluffy' and fragrant experience with every bite. Our secret sauce has a refreshing, not-too-sweet flavor. Our signature Hitsumabushi can be enjoyed in three different ways. We also offer a wide selection of classic Unaju, Shirayaki (grilled without sauce), and Umaki (eel-rolled omelet). Please note that the lunch menu is not available during the Obon period from 8/13 to 8/14.
You can easily enjoy a recommended lunch set featuring crispy yet fluffy eel rice and juicy Omi beef rice.
Treat yourself to a double hitsumabushi with grilled eel and Omi beef! Enjoy it as is, or pour broth over it to make dashi chazuke (rice in broth). The choice is yours!
Kansai-style grilled yakitori is cooked quickly over an open flame using binchotan charcoal without steaming, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior.
This dish allows you to savor carefully selected eel, a secret sauce, and Omi rice. Because it is grilled directly over the ground without steaming, you can enjoy a crispy exterior and a fluffy, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth interior, along with the softness of the rolled omelet, all at once.
