4. You must fill out a boarding report for all passengers and exchange it for a paper ticket at the ticket office after verifying your ID. (Entry with a mobile ticket is not possible due to the ID verification process.)
5. The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain show, a famous Seoul night view spot, only operates from April to October. Please note that it may not operate depending on decisions by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, such as weather conditions.
6. During the COVID-19 period, the number of passengers may be adjusted according to quarantine guidelines, and vaccination status may be checked on-site.
7. Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed on board (foldable ones are allowed if folded).
8. The surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested on weekends and during the spring flower festival in April, so it takes a lot of time to park. We strongly recommend using public transportation. (If you cannot board on the day due to parking or traffic issues, reservations cannot be canceled or changed.)
