If you visit the Hill of the Buddha, admission is paid on site: JPY 1,000 for adults, free for elementary school students and younger.
The Hill of the Buddha will undergo maintenance and cleaning work from September 25 to October 20, 2026. During this period views of the Buddha may be affected and access to some areas will be restricted. Thank you for your understanding. Other spots in the grounds, such as the Moai statues and the Stonehenge replica, remain open as usual.
