The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled or the difference of NT$500 per person will be paid. The cancellation notice will be issued 3 days before the departure date.
If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic and weather, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
The on-board service staff serves as both the driver and the tour guide, and provides guided explanations throughout the journey.
For ride-sharing services, pick-up and drop-off may be at different locations. The pick-up time will be notified one day in advance.

Tickets for children aged three and above are for adults; tickets for children aged three to five who do not eat or participate in the experience are for children; and tickets for children under two years old are for infants.
