1. Select your desired date and time.
2. After entering customer information, enter the restaurant name and number of people in ‘Requests & Remarks’.
3. Once your reservation is complete, a KKday voucher will be sent along with your reservation confirmation.
4. Present your KKday voucher at your reserved time and enjoy your meal in comfort.

- If the reservation is not possible, we will cancel before confirmation and provide a full refund.
- Refunds are not possible after the reservation is confirmed.
- You can change the date and time up to 48 hours from the reservation date and time.
- Waiting times may occur depending on the restaurant's circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
