Purchase Notice
・We are not responsible for any stains, injuries, or loss of valuables in the store.・When you arrive, you will be given an explanation about interacting with the animals. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave the store. In that case, we will not offer any refunds even if you leave within your usage time. Thank you for your understanding.
・Interacting with the raccoons is only available to those who purchase the option, taking into consideration the raccoons' physical condition and stress. If you wish to do so, please purchase it at the store. ・When interacting with animals, some fur, dirt, and odors will adhere to the animals. We have cleaners and deodorants available, but if you are concerned about this, please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
・Please wear socks to prevent infections to the animals. If you come to the store barefoot, wearing thin stockings or tights, staff may ask you to purchase socks at their discretion. (One pair: 330 yen)
・We ask that you manage your time yourself. If you exceed the time limit, you will be charged the normal extension fee. (Every 10 minutes: ¥330, Maximum: ¥990) Thank you for your understanding.
