① Our store closes at 7:00 p.m. (Please be sure to contact us if you cannot return.)
We ask that you return by 6:30pm as you will need time to change.
② If you do not return by closing time, an additional fee will be charged.
Late fees will be charged: [1,100 yen from 19:00] [2,200 yen from 19:30] [1,100 yen every 30 minutes thereafter]
If we do not hear from you, we will close the store. We will also close if it is past 8 p.m. An additional fee of 5,500 yen will be charged the following day. (Please return the item by the morning of the following day.)
③ Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted within our store.
④ Please refrain from taking photographs inside our store as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.
⑤ Please note that pregnant women cannot use this facility.
⑥ If rental items are lost, damaged, or soiled, an additional fee will be charged.
・A cleaning fee will be charged for any stains that can be cleaned, such as food spills or blood.
・Cleaning fees start from 1,100 yen per item
-Items that cannot be reused due to tears, cigarettes, perfume, or other significant stains, damage, or loss will be purchased.
*There will be no cleaning fee in the event of sudden rain, etc.
⑦ If the strap breaks, we will replace it at a nearby store. The customer will be responsible for the transportation cost to the store.
⑧ For safety reasons, we do not use hair irons or hot curlers. Please note that you cannot use any of your own hair irons or hot curlers.
⑨ We do not have any hair styling options for men.
⑩ Please refrain from using our facilities or facilities to dress, style your hair, or do your makeup by yourself or with other customers as this will cause inconvenience to other customers.
⑪ Valuables, fragile items, and living things cannot be kept in the luggage. Please keep them under your own care.
⑫ Lost items will be kept for one month. Valuables left behind will be reported to the police.

⑭ In principle, you can only check in one piece of luggage for free. After the second piece, you can check in each piece for 550 yen (tax included).
Up to one item that does not fit in the carry-on luggage compartment, such as a carry-on suitcase or large backpack, is allowed free of charge.
(If you have a backpack in addition to your suitcase, it will be counted as your second piece of luggage.)
