Reminders
Checked luggage must be large enough to fit in a suitcase (one piece per person, with the total length, width and height not exceeding 170 cm, approximately the size of a 29-inch suitcase). Passengers must seal and tie their checked luggage tightly, with a total weight not exceeding 30 kg. If there is more than one piece, each piece must be checked at half price.
Carry-on baggage that can be placed under the seat or on the luggage rack without obstructing other passengers should be carried with you and taken care of by yourself.
The following items are not allowed in your luggage: prohibited items, dangerous items (such as lighters, gasoline), perishable items (such as perishables) or broken items (such as plates, vases, food), animals that are not suitable for transportation by bus (such as crocodiles, snakes, mice), unclean items or items that can easily stain other things,
Pets must be brought in their own transport cages and placed nearby for careful care. The size of the transport cage must not exceed 30x30x46cm and must not be placed on seats, luggage racks or in the aisle of the carriage. Please do not release your pet or place it on a seat during the journey.
Pets will be charged half the ticket price, except for guide dogs.
The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage of pets that have a strong odor, disturb other passengers, or are aggressive.
