●If there are fewer than two participants, the tour may not take place.
Conditions for children: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18kg must use a child seat. If you bring your own, one child seat is free of charge, but there is a rental fee for the second child (NT$500 per child).
●When applying for a tour, please provide your name, date of birth, and passport number.
●You can join the tour on the day you arrive in Taiwan.
●If you choose a guided tour, the guide will accompany you throughout the entire tour, starting from your hotel in Taipei.
*Menus and drinks ordered separately will be charged separately.
If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and have them sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price as this is a request to leave the group at your own convenience.

From 18:00 local time 3 business days before the participation date to 18:00 local time 1 business day before the participation date, 50% of the total reservation amount
After 18:00 local time one business day before the participation date or on the day, 100% of the total reservation amount
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
