Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
Seats on the Arashiyama Dentetsu train are not reserved. Depending on how crowded the train is, you may have to stand.
Yoshinoyama is a walking course. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. [Walking Details] The walk takes about 80 minutes from Yoshinoyama Shimosenbon (parking lot) to the vicinity of Kinpusenji Zaodo, Yoshimizu Shrine, and Katsute Shrine (Nakasenbon). The walking distance is about 1.7 km, the elevation difference is about 37 m, and the walk is on a paved road.
The best time to see the cherry blossoms is usually from late March to early April, but this may change depending on weather conditions. The departure date is set based on the usual time of year, but please note that the best viewing time may not be on the day of departure. If you cancel your tour reservation due to the blooming situation, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
The order of the itinerary may be changed, in which case your tour conductor will inform you on the day.
The child (elementary school student) fare is the same as the adult fare. Children aged 3 and over will be charged 10,000 yen (incl. tax) for bus seat and facility usage.
Meals will only be provided for breakfast on the second day. Please eat other meals on your own.
