All passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return. Please make sure your passport has sufficient validity. Please visit the IATA Travel Center website for destination-specific passport validity requirements.
On the day of departure, please arrive at the airport with your original passport and relevant visas, and go to the airline counter 2.5 hours before your flight to handle boarding procedures, seat selection, and baggage check-in. (Please arrive at least 3 hours in advance during Spring Festival and holidays).
In order to protect your rights and avoid possible risks during overseas travel, we remind and recommend that you purchase travel safety insurance and travel inconvenience insurance.

If the transportation service is suspended, the itinerary is changed, or the supplier is unable to deliver the booked product due to force majeure, resulting in the need to change the travel date or cancel the itinerary, passengers must negotiate directly with the relevant supplier. KKday will make every effort to assist travelers but will not be responsible for any costs or additional costs incurred. (Including but not limited to additional hotel accommodation fees, transportation fees, and long-distance phone calls, all are borne by the passengers themselves.)
"Force majeure" means including but not limited to: war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather conditions, technical problems in transportation, sudden changes or cancellations of services by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, or the destination government or world health Travel warnings issued by the organization.
If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his or her own problems, his/her travel expenses will not be refunded. Any additional expenses required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., must be borne by the individual and KKday has nothing to do with it.
The departure/arrival time during the voyage will be adjusted/changed/cancelled according to the flight conditions, subject to the final arrangement of the airline. Passengers agree and accept that the airline has the final decision and will not be deemed to have violated the Product Description Ordinance, and thus waive this Recover or claim compensation from KKday.
Tickets must be used in sequence. If the guest misses the boarding time (noshow) for any reason, the itinerary and subsequent flights cannot be used again, and the guest will not be able to make any claims against KKday
