If the number of participants is fewer than 10 or if the tour is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may need to request changes or cancellation of the tour up to 3 days before departure (13 days before for overnight stays).
The duration of stay at each sightseeing spot may be shortened depending on the conditions of the day.
In winter, some areas may have icy surfaces, so please participate in winter boots or non-slip shoes.
To visit the Shirakawa-go observation deck, a shuttle bus (additional charge, to be paid on-site) is required. Due to traffic or shuttle bus operation status, access to the observation deck may not be possible, so please be aware in advance. The shuttle bus will not be available on the Shirakawa-go Light Up dates (13/01, 19/01, 20/01, 02/02).
Depending on the weather conditions, snow views may not be visible at some sightseeing locations.
Meal contents may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
There will be a 5-minute walk from the sightseeing bus drop-off point to the hotel.
At Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, you will need to climb about 400 steps to reach the Chureito Pagoda. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Mount Fuji may not be visible due to weather conditions.
On Day 1, lunch is scheduled around 14:00 at a service area.
Breakfast on Day 2 is not included; please have it on your own.

Depending on the number of participants, the bus may be a medium-sized or small bus.
The bus does not have a toilet.
Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, and reclining seats are generally not allowed (except on some tours).
No refunds will be provided if you do not utilize any special offers or benefits.

In accordance with the "Work Style Reform Law" implemented on April 1, 2019, regarding the working hours of tour guides, meal times during the tour will be considered the tour guide's break time. Additionally, you may be staying at a different accommodation from the tour group. During free time, you will generally be responsible for your own activities.
The storage period for lost items is two weeks after the completion of the tour. However, perishable items or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please be aware of this in advance.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
Seating on the bus will be assigned by our team.
In case of an emergency, the tour guide may sit with the passengers. Please be aware of this in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
