Purchase Notice
★The person riding in front of a tandem bicycle must be 16 years of age or older.
★Due to the structure of the bicycle, we are unable to accept people weighing over 85kg. Thank you for your understanding.
*When parents are riding with their children on a bicycle, or when the children are riding a bicycle themselves, they must make an effort to ensure that they wear a helmet. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reasons for refusal of participation: If the participant is found to be drinking or under the influence of alcohol. If the organizer deems the participant inappropriate.
Prohibited items: Allowing anyone other than the user to use the bicycle.
- Using a bicycle without regard for traffic regulations.
- Modifying, removing or changing the structure, equipment or accessories of the bicycle.
- Any other acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
Please note: When returning the bicycle, please return it in the same condition as when you rented it, excluding normal wear and tear. In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the bicycle, including all or part of the equipment, you will be responsible for all costs required to restore the bicycle to its original condition, including repairs and replacement costs.
・If a user causes damage to a third party or business while using a bicycle, the user will be required to compensate for the damage.
Midsummer and midwinter are not suitable for cycling, so there are periods when the event is not held. Please check the calendar to see if the event is being held.
★Please fill in the following in the remarks section when making a reservation.
・Please fill in the gender ratio of the group.
Example: 5 boys, 3 girls. Please indicate whether or not you have elementary or junior high school students. If so, please indicate the grade and number of students. Example: 5 third graders, 3 first graders. Please indicate the mode of transportation to our company. Example: Car, train. Use of the trolley train or rafting before or after the tour. Example: Use of the trolley train after the tour, use of rafting before the tour, etc.
Reminders
Valuables will be kept in our office. On the day of the event, we will distribute a valuables bag to each group. Please place your valuables in the bag. The bag will be kept at our office. You can keep your belongings other than valuables in each changing room.
Cycling is possible even in rainy weather. However, if there is a risk of danger such as a typhoon, the tour may be canceled. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
Q&A about cancellations: Q: Can I cycle in the rain? A: You can cycle if you bring a raincoat. However, please note that we may ask you to cancel if we judge it dangerous, such as in the case of a typhoon. Please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fee if we cancel at our discretion.
Q: What should I do if it rains during cycling? A: There are almost no places to take shelter from the rain on the course. Therefore, please check the weather forecast for the week and decide whether or not to participate in advance, or bring a raincoat to prepare for rain. If you cancel on the day of participation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Clothing and belongings: Please bring along gloves (work gloves are acceptable), sunglasses, backpack or waist bag, towel, rain gear, etc. as needed. *Cycling is possible even in the rain. Please bring rain gear (rainwear). Please bring rainwear that is divided into top and bottom. Poncho-style rainwear is not permitted for safety reasons.
Clothing: Please wear casual clothing that is easy to move in. Sneakers are recommended. Please refrain from wearing sandals that are easy to slip off. If your pants are wide, they may get tangled in the bicycle chain. Please wear pants with narrower hems as much as possible. *You can also rent bands to tie your pants hems for free.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
