Valuables will be kept in our office. On the day of the event, we will distribute a valuables bag to each group. Please place your valuables in the bag. The bag will be kept at our office. You can keep your belongings other than valuables in each changing room.
Cycling is possible even in rainy weather. However, if there is a risk of danger such as a typhoon, the tour may be canceled. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
Q&A about cancellations: Q: Can I cycle in the rain? A: You can cycle if you bring a raincoat. However, please note that we may ask you to cancel if we judge it dangerous, such as in the case of a typhoon. Please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fee if we cancel at our discretion.
Q: What should I do if it rains during cycling? A: There are almost no places to take shelter from the rain on the course. Therefore, please check the weather forecast for the week and decide whether or not to participate in advance, or bring a raincoat to prepare for rain. If you cancel on the day of participation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Clothing and belongings: Please bring along gloves (work gloves are acceptable), sunglasses, backpack or waist bag, towel, rain gear, etc. as needed. *Cycling is possible even in the rain. Please bring rain gear (rainwear). Please bring rainwear that is divided into top and bottom. Poncho-style rainwear is not permitted for safety reasons.
Clothing: Please wear casual clothing that is easy to move in. Sneakers are recommended. Please refrain from wearing sandals that are easy to slip off. If your pants are wide, they may get tangled in the bicycle chain. Please wear pants with narrower hems as much as possible. *You can also rent bands to tie your pants hems for free.
