■Minimum number of participants: 6 people. If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number, the tour/experience will be canceled as a general rule. In that case, we will notify you by email 3 days before the date of use.
■In order to take out insurance, we will need the passport number, date of birth, and name in English of all participants, so please inform us of this information for all participants when making your reservation.

★The food court at the Lantern Festival venue is far away, so please have a bite to eat at Yingge Old Street.
★If you have a child under 4 years old, please be sure to contact us in advance.
■You can leave the tour at Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station. Please note this in the comments section when making your reservation. Please note that we cannot provide refunds if you leave the tour at Taoyuan Station.
★Because traffic restrictions will be implemented around the Taoyuan Lantern Festival venue, please use the designated boarding and disembarking points for tourist buses. From there, you will have to walk or take a shuttle bus to the venue (as of December 2024, walking is expected). Thank you for your understanding. "

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
