◎Information regarding purchase

- There is no date and time designation system.

・Each ticket is valid for one admission only.

・You can apply for up to six tickets per person.

・Tickets will be on sale at same-day rates from midnight on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

・Preschool children may enter free of charge only if accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18 or over.

・Refunds and changes to ticket types due to customer convenience will not be accepted.

・Those who hold a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, mental health and welfare certificate, welfare certificate (including rehabilitation certificate, etc.), atomic bomb victim certificate, war injury certificate), specific disease medical benefit certificate (with designated intractable disease listed), or designated intractable disease registration certificate can enter at half the same-day price. Please present this at the counter when you visit and purchase a same-day ticket. If you are accompanied by a caregiver, this applies to up to two caregivers. The same applies to the presentation of a smartphone certificate for the physically disabled (Mirairo ID). (Copying and screenshots are not permitted)

・Reselling tickets is prohibited. If you are found to be reselling tickets, you will be denied entry.

[Requests and instructions for visitors]

・Once you leave, you will not be able to re-enter.

・Admission may be restricted without notice when it is crowded.

・Please follow the instructions and warnings of the staff on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.

・Please refrain from attending if you have cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or if you are not feeling well.

・In addition, the organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur within the venue due to failure to follow the instructions and precautions of the staff.

・Media interviews and photographs and videos taken by the organizers may be conducted within the venue.

Photos and images taken may be used for promotional materials for future events.

・Please notify a member of staff as soon as possible in the following cases:

If you feel unwell or get injured

→If you find something that has been lost or if you have lost something

→If you get lost or find a lost child (please note that we cannot call for you inside the venue)

・Please do not run inside or outside the venue as it is dangerous.

・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as sitting down in shared spaces such as aisles.

・Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited.

(Items with lids that can be closed, such as plastic bottles and water bottles, are acceptable.)

-Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

-Pets are not permitted to enter the premises (except guide dogs and assistance dogs).

・The date, time, and content of the event may be changed, postponed, or canceled without notice due to various circumstances.
