  • [If coming by public transport] Take the bus bound for Yokokawa departing from the East Pagoda of Enryakuji Temple on Mount Hiei at 14:05, and you will arrive at the West Pagoda parking lot at 14:11. After the explanation of the West Pagoda of Enryakuji Temple is finished, take the bus bound for the East Pagoda departing from the West Pagoda at 15:40, and board the Sakamoto Cable Car departing at 16:30.
