Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure, as the tour will leave on time.
Pick-up times may vary by 10-15 minutes due to late group members or traffic conditions.
Please note that the itinerary is subject to change based on weather and on-site conditions on the day of the tour.
If bad weather or other unavoidable factors cause the attraction to close after departure, an alternative attraction will be arranged, and no refund will be given.
This tour does not include a tour guide so please be aware of that when making a reservation. Driver language may change based on the group's nationality and size without prior notice.
Children under 3 years old (36 months) can join the tour for free but must not occupy a seat. This does not include tickets for various attractions. Travelers are responsible for covering any price differences if incorrect age information is provided.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
