- A confirmation voucher will be sent to you when the tour has reached the minimum number of participants. If a minimum number of people are not reached, the tour might be canceled.

- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure, as the tour will depart on time.

- There may be a 10-15 minute difference in the pick-up time if the group members are late or traffic conditions occur.

- Please note that the itinerary will change depending on the weather and on-site conditions on the day.

- If the weather is bad after departure on the day, or other irresistible factors cause the attraction to be closed, an alternative attraction will be arranged according to the situation and no refund will be given.

 - If the number of guests for each course is not reached, the courses may be jointly operated, and in this case, they may be operated differently from the reserved course.

- If the tour reservation nationality is multinational, the tour may be operated in English to ensure smooth operation.

- Since we plan to open a Line chat room and a WhatsApp chat room to communicate, you must make your Line and WhatsApp IDs searchable.

- If the festival is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the tour may also be canceled.

  • A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Itinerary might be change without prior noticement due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tour may opperates with English, if the tour participants are from diiferent nationality.

  • All the itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate their own health or ability.The company will not be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents or unpredictable factors.

  • Seats will be assigned on the tour day. Seat changes and seat assignments are not possible.

  • Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, and KKday is not responsible for loss or damage to tickets.

  • If the fireworks festival itself is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, the tour will also be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 0 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
