"Homurazo" is particular about "Yamagata Soba." In particular, they use 100% pesticide-free "Mogamiwase" buckwheat from Okura Village, Yamagata Prefecture, which is highly prized nationwide. Enjoy to your heart's content the exquisite soba noodles, freshly ground and made "in-house" under strict quality control. They also offer a wide variety of soba noodles, from the classic "ita soba" to hot, cold, and tsukemen.
Our signature grilled dish is the "Aged Grilled Beef Tongue," which is carefully aged using our own homemade method. Other specialty dishes include "Grilled Kinka Mackerel," "Grilled Silver Cod with Yuan," and "Grilled Teikiyama Triangular Fried Tofu."
