Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals under this condition. We won't refund the meal fee or provide takeaway.

Dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day will be served at shared tables.

Your seat may be next to the toilet, but it will be next to you across the aisle and there is no difference from a regular seat.

Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

In the event of strong winds or heavy snowfall, the sky lantern launching event may be canceled. In that case, staff will launch the sky lanterns with your wishes written on them at a later date (you will not be able to take them home).

Each group will launch one lantern. If you are participating as a solo participant, you will launch the lantern with one other person on the same bus, or with a local staff member.

Tsunan is a region that receives heavy snowfall, so please wear warm clothing and non-slip shoes. We recommend waterproof, non-slip shoes such as snow boots.

The snow scenery may not be viewable depending on the weather.

This is a room type without a bath. Please use the large public bath in the building.

In the case of 3 people in one room, an extra bed (including a sofa bed) may be provided.

Please lay out the futons in the Japanese-style rooms yourself.

The order of the itinerary may be changed.

For safety reasons and for tour conductor duties, seats for tour conductors are provided at the front of the bus.

The bus may be delayed due to road conditions, etc., but please wait at the designated meeting point.

The drop-off location upon return may be different from the boarding location.

Due to unexpected traffic congestion and crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to skip some sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, change buses, and experience delays in return.

Children (elementary school students) will be charged the same as adults. Please make reservations for infants (preschool children aged 3 and over) at the child rate.
