We take fresh Shinshu Fukumi chicken delivered from the butcher every morning, skewer it, and grill it to juicy perfection over high-heat Binchotan charcoal. We offer this luxurious taste at a reasonable price. To accompany your meal, we provide a rich selection of drinks, including over 30 types of sake, over 20 types of shochu, rare spirits, traditional Japanese liquors, and bottles of Nagano-produced wine.
