Enjoy both sushi and tempura in the Nishinakasu area! A la carte options are available, and the prices are reasonable and convenient.
After 11 years in Kego (Keyaki-dori), we relocated and opened in Nishinakasu on May 27, 2024. Our concept remains the same: 'an accessible feast.' We serve simple dishes that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients without unnecessary flair. Please enjoy our sushi and tempura just the way you like them. We also offer a wide selection of wines and sake carefully curated by our sommelier. Perfect for various occasions such as dates and business dinners.
We carefully dehydrate carefully selected ingredients, store Hokkaido flour at -60℃, and use 100% rice oil to give the bread a crispy texture.
We have absolute confidence in our tuna! We regularly purchase bluefin tuna from Ishikawa Prefecture's middleman Ishiyo, and this is the best sushi we offer at Umihare! The three-piece bluefin tuna nigiri (otoro, chutoro, and akami) for 1,980 yen is a must-try◎
At the end of an alley in Nishinakasu, you'll find a dim light, and once you open the heavy door, you'll find a Western-style atmosphere with a touch of Japanese style, and a relaxing, hideaway atmosphere.

- The course does not include tempura. Please order your preferred tempura separately.
- Restaurant service charge (charged separately when paying for dine-in): A seat fee of 600 JPY (includes 1 small side dish) will be charged. For private room a la carte use, a seat fee plus private room fee of 1,100 JPY (includes 2 small side dishes) will be charged. *The above information is for reference only. The actual charges at the venue shall prevail.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fees will be subject to the information stated on the voucher after booking): If you cancel this booking, the following fees will be charged: Same-day cancellation (no-show): 10,000 JPY (per person)

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
