Spend a relaxing moment in the heart of Ginza at night. Our dishes are based on Japanese cuisine, crafted with the inspiration and passion of the moment. We offer a selection of wines and sake that perfectly complement our food. The name 'San San San' comes from our wish that in today's society, often filled with gloomy news, 'brilliance' (San-san) will 'come' (San) to everyone. We look forward to welcoming you.
Each dish is exquisite, prepared with skill and care. Enjoy our full course menu, "Hana," featuring a diverse selection of small portions, using seasonal ingredients handpicked by our chef. It consists of 13 dishes, including seasonal appetizers, soup of the day, special dishes, fish and meat dishes, and smoked clay pot rice. Our standard course, "Tsuki" (10 dishes), is also popular. Please feel free to inquire. Enjoy to your heart's content a variety of exquisite dishes that capture the changing seasons.
Our restaurant is lit up on the first basement floor of Ginza 6-chome. The moment you step inside, you'll find yourself in a simple yet luxurious space with a Japanese theme. Seating is primarily at the counter, where you can watch the cooking, and we also have private rooms that can accommodate up to six people. We have paid particular attention to the size and layout of the seats so that you can relax and unwind. We hope you will use our restaurant not only for entertaining important guests and celebrations, but also for business occasions such as dinner parties and business entertainment.
We have staff with sommelier and sake diploma qualifications. We offer carefully selected recommended wines and sake that are carefully selected to pair well with your food. We have a wide variety of wines by the glass, and sake is available by the glass or in a single cup. Please enjoy the perfect pairing of food and sake.
Sansansan also serves as a bar. After dinner, the lights are dimmed and a premium bar and karaoke session is held. Guests can enjoy their meal at the counter or in a private room, wherever they like. Enjoy a blissful moment sipping a drink in a refined Japanese space.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but we cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
