- Cancellations made the day before will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee. (The cancellation fee is the full price of the course. For reservations for seats only, the fee is ¥5500 per person.) For groups of 5 or more, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from one week prior to the reservation date. For groups of 10 or more, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from two weeks prior to the reservation date. Changes in the number of people up to two people are possible until the day before.
