Useful things to bring: As this is an outdoor event, please prepare a thick winter jacket, etc. Umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue, so please bring rain gear, etc. Other things to bring include cushions, a flashlight as it will be dark and difficult to see under your feet, and comfortable shoes.
Dinner is not provided with this course. Please prepare it in advance or purchase it at the fireworks display venue. The concession stands at the fireworks display venue will be very busy. Thank you for your understanding.
In the event of bad weather, the organizers may decide to cancel the tour. In that case, the full travel fee will be refunded at a later date. There will be no postponement. *In the event of cancellation after the tour departs, insurance fees, transportation fees, etc. will not be refunded.
For safety reasons, the travel fare for infants (preschool children aged 3-6) is 7,000 yen for a bus seat only.
The bus may be delayed due to road conditions, etc., but please wait at the designated meeting point.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
