Please arrive at your reserved store at the scheduled time.
Procedures such as driver's license verification, payment, and confirmation of rental documents will be conducted at the store.
*If you forget your driver's license or identification, we will be unable to rent the vehicle to you, so please be sure to bring them with you.
We will explain the on-board equipment, how to use it, and important precautions. (Estimated time required: approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.)

・Returning the Vehicle
Please return the vehicle to the store before the return time. Please refuel at a nearby gas station.
Our staff will inspect the vehicle's condition, fuel level, and check for any personal belongings left behind.
*If an extension is required, an additional extension fee will be charged. If the vehicle has already been reserved by someone else, we may decline your request for an extension.
*If you are unable to return the vehicle with a full tank due to force majeure, you will be charged according to our company's specified unit price.

Driving qualification: AT ordinary driver's license (only more than 3 years after driving license)
Passenger capacity while driving and sleeping is as follows.
Bancon: 6 people while driving, 4 people while sleeping
Cabcon: 6 to 7 people when driving, 5 to 6 people when sleeping
No smoking and no shoes allowed in the car.
Pets are not allowed on board.
You need to use quilts, sleeping bags, etc. when sleeping. (Sleeping directly on the bed is prohibited.)
There are no toilet or shower facilities.
It is prohibited to cook or eat barbecue, barbecue and other smelly foods in the car. Cooking and eating can be done at the campsite.
Upon departure, instructions on how to use the service will take approximately 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
