Please be ready and waiting at least 5 minutes before your designated pick-up time. Please arrive at the hotel lobby or hotel/residence driveway pick-up area. (We offer a free pick-up service to all designated hotel guests, this may mean a delay of up to 15 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to contact you via the mobile number you provide to inform you of any extended delays.)
All tours involve walking, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Our vehicles do not have space for luggage, therefore large bags, strollers etc cannot be taken on the tour, please leave them at your hotel or accommodation.
Our tours operate in almost any weather condition. If we deem weather conditions unsafe or unfavourable for our guests we may need to cancel the tour and will notify you. Please ignore the weather forecast on your phone for areas such as the Gold Coast. We can travel in up to 4 weather zones depending on your tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
