- Regarding clothing and belongings: Please bring clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting wet, a drink (such as a water bottle), a change of clothes, and a towel.
・Other notes※This is a course for intermediate riders. If you are confident in your physical strength (able to pedal 1.5km), even beginners can participate.
*Participants under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and participants from junior high school students through to minors must have parental consent.
*People with a history of epilepsy or heart disease, and those who are pregnant (including those who may be pregnant) cannot participate.
For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket is mandatory while kayaking.
