The minimum number of people in a group is 2. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an e-mail notification of cancellation will be sent one day before the departure date.
If you feel uncomfortable during the activity, please report it to the coach immediately.
Life jackets are important safety equipment for water activities. Do not take them off casually during activities.
Please be sure to follow the instructions of the instructor when entering and exiting the shore (wave area), one boat after another. Please do not go on or off the shore without the assistance of the instructor to avoid injury.
Once the activity is launched, regardless of seasickness, vomiting, or crying children, etc., the instructor can take it back to the shore, but no refunds will be given.
To protect the rights of other group members, arriving late for more than 30 minutes will be deemed as giving up participation in this activity.
If your body is more susceptible to cold or you are afraid of the sun, it is recommended to wear long-sleeved clothes and pants for the experience. Cotton clothes such as jeans are more likely to absorb water, so please avoid them.
We will take photos for everyone during the activity. If you want to take more photos, please ask the instructor. Please prepare a special waterproof bag and be responsible for bringing your mobile phone or camera into the water.
Physical sun protection is more effective, such as wearing a sun hat, sunglasses, magic headscarf, and wearing jellyfish clothing or long-sleeved clothes. Generally, sunscreens on the market are more likely to impact the marine coral ecology. It is recommended to use marine-friendly sunscreens.
If you have experienced seasickness before, please bring your own seasickness medicine and take it when gathering.
In order to fully appreciate the beauty of ocean activities, it is recommended not to drink too much the night before and get enough sleep.
For safety reasons, the coach has the right to decide whether to change the route or terminate the activity depending on weather conditions. Children who participate may also be canceled due to strong wind and waves on the day. The activity still puts safety first. If you cannot accept it, please do not register.
Rescue at sea is not easy. Pregnant women or those with sudden illnesses or medical history such as heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, stroke, heat cramps, hyperventilation, etc. should not sign up for this trip. Please consider your own health before signing up. If you conceal something or fail to report, you will be responsible for any accidents that occur.
