- Matching Skill Levels Recommended: Participants in the same class are advised to have similar skill levels. If skill levels differ, waiting for others may occur, and for safety, the instructor will focus more on less experienced participants.
- Adults & Children Should Be Separated: Adults and children have different learning styles, so Snow and Flow recommends separate classes for better learning outcomes. If you still wish to take the class together, the instructor will prioritize safety and focus more on the children.
- Health Conditions: If you have injuries, pre-existing conditions, or are pregnant, please consult a medical professional to confirm it is safe to participate in the ski experience.
- Each class can only choose either snowboard or skis. For professional and safety reasons, both cannot be taught in the same session.

The customer service team will join your account three days before the start of the course and set up a common group with the instructor to facilitate meeting details with you on the day of class.
Equipment required for the Ski course: skis, ski boots, ski poles, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles, and helmet (helmet must be worn at all times).
Equipment required for the Snowboard course: snowboard, snowboard boots, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles, and helmet (helmet must be worn at all times).
Your safety is our top priority at Snow and Flow. For your protection, wearing a helmet is mandatory throughout the entire lesson. For first-time snowboarders, we also strongly recommend wearing full protective gear, including knee pads, impact shorts (butt pads), wrist guards, and elbow pads. As most standard rental shops do not offer protective gear for hire, Snow and Flow provides an exclusive rental service for our clients. Please contact us for further details or to reserve your gear.
If you need to rent ski equipment on the day of class, it is recommended to reserve 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the number of people on the day) for renting and trying on. If you need a coach to accompany you, the rental will be included in the course time, please inform us in advance and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
It is recommended to wear comfortable, breathable, and warm base layers and long ski socks under your ski jacket and pants (jeans are not recommended). For more information on ski clothing, please refer to the Snow and Flow blog article: https://reurl.cc/E6GnQa .
If the ski resort is closed on the day of class and the class cannot be held, the Snow and Flow team will contact you to change the class date or handle refund matters, and try our best to help you complete your subsequent journey.

- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
