"Hanadan" has been one of the most popular signature dishes at Wagyu Yakiniku LIEBE since it first opened. This visually gorgeous dish, arranged in a staircase-like spiral, is only possible because we have our own ranch. Some parts of the beef can only be obtained in a few hundred grams from one Kuroge Wagyu cow, and some parts are not widely available on the market. Please enjoy the deliciousness of the Kuroge Wagyu beef we have raised ourselves.
Our restaurant is a Japanese Black beef yakiniku restaurant run directly by a long-established ranch that has been in business for five generations. Livestock farmers who know everything about meat provide the best Japanese Black beef, which has been awarded the Prime Minister's Award many times. We represented Kumamoto Prefecture at the 12th Japanese Beef Competitive Exhibition, known as the Olympics of Japanese beef, and we raise our beef with great care so that we can deliver delicious meat to everyone.
We have four private rooms with a chic atmosphere that can accommodate up to six people. You can enjoy a private space for special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays, as well as business occasions such as dinner parties and entertaining guests. As we are considerate of other customers, we are also popular with families with small children. We also have seating for up to 48 people.
