Amu Plaza 7F / We serve only A4-rank or higher Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Beef) raised with care on our own farm.
We know that the feed the cattle eat directly affects the melt-in-your-mouth texture and sweetness of the meat, and that the way it is cut changes the flavor. Enjoy Kuroge Wagyu beef delivered with confidence by livestock farmers who know everything there is to know about meat. The Japanese Black beef raised on LIEBE's own ranch is entered as the representative of Kumamoto Prefecture at the national competition, which is held once every five years and is also known as the Olympics of Japanese beef. The purpose is to improve the quality of Japanese beef, but please enjoy the sweetness and umami of Kumamoto Prefecture's representative Japanese Black beef, which has also won the Prime Minister's Award many times in the past!
At Wagyu Yakiniku LIEBE, we offer three types of rare cuts of steak. Chateaubriand, fillet, and sirloin steaks made from Kuroge Wagyu beef are cut to order according to your preference. Please feel free to ask our staff.
You can choose a seat to suit various dining occasions, such as business dinners, entertaining guests, anniversaries with loved ones, special time spent with family, memories from travels, etc. We have five completely private rooms available. We have sofa and table seats by the window with a great view. We can also accommodate small groups, such as sofa seats that can be reserved for private use, depending on the number of people and your requests. We hope that your time at Wagyu Yakiniku LIEBE will be filled with smiles.
We can prepare anniversary plate cakes for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, so please let us know the number of people, size, message, etc. in advance. Anniversary cakes are limited edition cakes created in collaboration with the famous Kumamoto store "Entremet Kaju." Reservations must be made at least three days in advance. Please feel free to contact us for other surprises.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
